Install your app to a test merchant

When you install your app on a test merchant, your app is available in the App Market preview on the test Merchant Dashboard. Permissions you set up for your app and subscription levels display on the App Market preview page.

To install your app on a test merchant account:

1. Log in to the Global Developer Dashboard. The Global Developer Dashboard appears.
2. Click the Sandbox toggle icon to go to either the sandbox or the production environment.
3. In the Pinned Apps section, do one of the following:

• Click the vertical ellipsis next to an app name and click Preview in App Market.
• Click the app name to go to the App Settings page. From the left navigation menu, click Market Listing, and on the Market Listings page, click Preview in App Market.
  The app displays in the Merchant Dashboard for your test merchant account. You can view a snapshot of what merchants and business owners see on the Clover App Market.

4. Click Connect to install your app on the test merchant account.

• Android apps are installed on Clover Dev Kit or the Android Emulator.
• Web apps are installed on the Merchant Dashboard and available from the left navigation panel.

NOTE

If you create an app in the production environment, it is installed for the production test merchants. Dev Kit is not available for the production environment.
